Hi Matt,
It's been a while since our last contact, I apologize for dropping off the face of the Earth for a while. I don't believe I've even sent out a Holiday Card to wish you all a Happy New Year. There has been a lot on my plate toward the end of last year and I'm just now starting to feel a sense of normalcy, although my husband is still not yet working. He's waiting for some paperwork to be mailed so he can start a new job soon.
I just wanted to let you know that today I've received letters in the mail from Bank of America stating that they will NOT pursue deficiency judgment for both loans of unit 427 despite the fact that they refused to do it in their acceptance letter. It's such a relief to know that I don't have to worry about going to court over this. I am now working with our accountants on squaring everything off with the IRS (fingers crossed.)
I don't remember thanking you and your entire team for a work very well done. You all have displayed so much patience and class during the entire short sale process! You've kept me from panicking while resolving this gigantic problem that was sucking the life out of me. Everything happened as you said it would so... hats off to you and your team of true professionals. You definitely know what you're doing!

I can not say enough about the exceptional work of Matt Davies. He stayed with me for over 2 agonizing years of trying to short sell my home. He secured 5 different buyers, only to have the bank mess it up 4 times. Fortunately, the 5th time was the charm. Over the past year I’ve had several miss fortunes losing my job of 20 years and being part of the housing bubble. Having few choices, falling into financial hardship and not knowing where or what to do, I was given Matt Davies’ name as the person who could help! After discussing my options with him, it was clear short selling my property was the only way out of foreclosure.
